PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION:
Our membership will soon be gathering again for annual conference in Kansas City. The staff at our national office processes hundreds of registration forms this time of year. Below are a few things to remember when completing your form to ensure both the registration and conference check-in process will run very smoothly. See you in Kansas City!!

  • Remember, you can complete the form online and then print it out to send with your payment.
  • Read written information carefully for times of classes, etc. to avoid registering with schedule conflicts.
  • The total Education Credit Institute cost is $165 and you can only attend the class(es) indicated to receive Education Credit.
  • Inservice Credit/Communication Credit cost is $65 plus the cost of each individual class.
  • The applicable fees must be paid regardless of whether you will be using the class/course credit.
  • Including travel/airline information is important and is often left off. This is helpful for the hosting committee if they are using airport greeters.
  • Include payment type whether or not payment is remitted at that time.
  • Make sure your guest qualifies as a “guest” as noted in the guidelines. If they do not qualify, they must register individually.
  • Include your email address for communication.
  • Don’t be afraid to call or email the national office staff with questions.
