2008-2009

Welcome to the Higher Education Council (HEC). This Council encourages you to become an active part of the HEC, which will demonstrate your commitment to Explore the Facets of NAEOP during 2008-2009. As an active member, you will benefit from networking with fellow higher education office professionals by sharing job experiences and ideas. NAEOP and HEC will continue promoting excellence, while increasing opportunity for life-long learning that will produce brighter futures for higher education office professionals.

HEC HISTORY -
The Higher Education Committee was organized in 1974 under the leadership of Catherine Sullivan, MS, with Dr. Gerald R. Wallace, Boise State University, ID, as consultant. The Committee was comprised of members from twenty-four states including Canada. The editor for the newsletter was Lynn Massey from MS. Throughout the years we had all day workshops and in 1983-84 the Higher Education Council was created by the NAEOP Executive Board.
