GREETINGS! And a hearty welcome from the mighty states of NAEOP’s Central Area! Our area is comprised of nine super states of this great nation we live in right in the central part of the United States.
NAEOP Stars Coast to Coast! Join us this year as we proudly serve with our President Cathy Eberle as we reach out to the many NAEOP stars from Coast to Coast via professional development opportunities!
MEMBERSHIP! Being a member of NAEOP means you have chosen to become a part of the only association in the United States dedicated to the growth and professional development of educational office professionals. Through NAEOP and Central Area, you will have the opportunity to network with educational office professionals from throughout the United States.
Areas Merge! We are proud to announce the merging of two areas. North Central Area and Central Area merged to form Central Area. We are excited to give a shout out to all members in each of the nine states that make up Central Area. In alpha order the states of Central Area are:

- South Dakota
STATE CONFERENCES! Many of the Central Area states offer a cornucopia of activities geared toward the educational office professional. You will find membership information, newsletters, information about fall and spring conferences and more.
CENTRAL AREA PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY! Each year, one state from the Central Area is given the opportunity to host the Central Area Professional Development Day (CAPDD). This event is usually held in conjunction with their annual state conference. The event offers another tremendous opportunity to experience a litany of speakers and workshops that enhance our professional development as educational office professionals.
We are excited to have Illinois as our host state for the 2014 Central Area Professional Development Day. It will be held on March 28-30, 2014 in Urbana, Illinois! Watch this website for details on when and where the event will be held.
