212 degrees – Imagine the Possibilities! At 211 degrees, water is hot, At 212 degrees it boils. And boiling water can power a steam train! This presentation focuses on how to give that extra degree in your personal and professional lives to exceed even your own expectations!

Your Attitude is YOU! Our most priceless possession is our attitude...and we are responsible for it! It's how we think. Like magnets, our attitudes pull us in the direction of our thoughts. This session will explore the various things we can do to adjust our thinking patterns and protect our attitude.

Let’s End Procrastination: Are you postponing your life? Procrastination has serious implications for our personal and professional growth. Do you “put off until tomorrow”? Do you have a tendency to postpone that which is necessary to reach some goal? You can change! This session will provide techniques that will reduce the frustration and loss that results from unwanted procrastination.

Are There Sacred Cows in Your Pasture? These are the things that keep you from experiencing change! We will learn about the different types of cows in our lives that hinder us from accepting change and its benefits in our lives. We'll walk together through the pasture, identify many of the cows and learn how to handle them successfully.

Getting Out of Your Own Way: Have you ever felt you deserved the best, but didn’t know what was keeping you from achieving it? Remember the last time you woke up in a bad mood and you told yourself it was going to be a rotten day? Email Etiquette: Why Is It Important? With 88% of all internet users in the U.S. using email as a form of communication, does your email communication with colleagues, potential employers and perhaps your boss, convey the correct message? Do you ramble, say too much or not enough? Any time spent on making your email clearer is time well spent! Basic etiquette topics to be discussed will include addresses and personal names, subject lines, message content, signatures, replies and email courtesy.

Survive & Thrive: A dream or wish is the way we would like the world to be. A goal is what we intend to do to make it happen. People who survive and thrive have goals–they make things happen! This workshop will help you to establish a personal and professional development plan that will enhance your life.

Associations are also faced with this question every time they hold a meeting or event. Are you keeping them interested—is your event fun? This workshop will explore innovative ideas, tips and tricks to help your organization grow.

Tips for Public Speaking: Do you have a fear of public speaking? In this workshop you can learn how a true introvert overcame her fear of public speaking as well as some tips for understandability.

Learning to Dance in the Rain: We’ve all had those times of being down and thinking the weight of the world is on our shoulders. Do you drown or do you dance in the rain? This workshop will give you some steps in picking yourself up, shaking those “down in the dumps feelings” and dancing in the rain. You will be able learn to cope and also learn ways to help and motivate others who are going through those trying times. This workshop is geared to small groups because of the interaction and group activities.

Looking Good! This workshop focuses on professionalism in the workplace. The workshop provides information on dressing for success, presenting a good image through our publications and documents and shining the light on a positive attitude for change.

Connecting With The C’s In Success: This presentation covers the importance of good communication, understanding the culture in our personal life, our family and even our workplace, learning how to accept change, succeeding in connecting with the world around us, and remembering the importance of collecting good friends and cherishing the special moments in our lives.
