NAEOP Administrative Council
2016-2017

Welcome to the NAEOP Administrative Council!

NAEOP 2016 theme

NAEOP President Wendy Heslink, CEOE, has chosen Learn, Inspire, Lead as her theme for the 2016-2017 year. You will want to capitalize on your opportunity to learn and enhance your skill set by checking out the course list for the Webinars scheduled this year. Participating in your local, state, and national associations and encouraging others to do the same, will give many opportunities for inspiring and leading by example.

As a member of the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP), you are automatically a member of one of the six councils (Administrative, Elementary, Middle School/Junior High, High School/Career and Technology Education, Higher Education, or Education Partners). Please encourage your colleagues to become members and attend local, state and national meetings to experience the many professional development opportunities. Pass the word along about NAEOP and the many benefits of membership.

• Four On-Line Issues of the Association’s Magazine (NES Connector) • Professional Standards Program (PSP) • Awards Program (Affiliation Awards; Educational Administrator and Office Professional of the Year Awards; Student and Member Scholarships; Magazine, Newsletter and Website Awards; Louise Henderson Nelson Award) • Networking Opportunities (Conferences; Institutes; Area Professional Development Days; NAEOP Mobile App; NAEOP Facebook Page; NAEOP Pinterest Page; NAEOP LinkedIn Page; NAEOP Twitter Page)

Susan Belliston, CEOE, NAEOP Vice President, is chairman of the Membership Committee under which this council is governed. Joining NAEOP is an investment in you with immeasurable returns. Please join your fellow Administrative Council members this year as we Learn, Inspire, Lead. You’ll be glad you did! Contact me if you have any questions about NAEOP or the Administrative Council.
