Bio: I have been a NAEOP member for 16 years. Over the years, I have held a variety of offices and served on numerous committees in NAEOP as well as with the Nebraska EOPA and University of Nebraska OPA. Being a member and serving these organizations provides opportunities to network with new people, learn from each other, attend professional development workshops, and grow personally and professionally in ways I had not imagined. I have has been a life-long learner and completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership in 2012. This has been a wonderful journey, and I continue to study leadership, followership, and parliamentary procedure in my work, professional organizations, and personal life.
