Our Mission.

The mission of the Association is to provide professional growth through leadership, education, achievement, recognition, and networking opportunities for educational office professionals.

A message from the President..

I attended my first conference in July, 2015, in Buffalo, New York, where I prepared to receive my PSP certificate. Since then, I have taken on various roles on the NAEOP board gaining leadership experience and additional skills. The conferences offer networking and professional development opportunities, making for an informative annual event. I have participated every year since my initial conference.

My 2025-26 theme is “Discover the World of NAEOP.” Focused on discovery, learning, and leadership. It’s also about….

  • Highlighting the wide range of opportunities, support, and connections NAEOP offers.

  • Helping members realize what’s possible within NAEOP.

  • Emphasizing NAEOP fosters professional growth, purpose and belonging.

  • Encouraging exploration of learning and leadership pathways at NAEOP.

  • Revealing layers of support and advancement available to members.

  • Promoting committee involvement and leadership roles, as I experienced myself.

Thank you for your trust. I am grateful for the opportunity. Our community is more than just a workplace; it’s a supportive network built on shared purpose. As we enter 2025-26 together, let’s strengthen our connections and continue to grow together.
