The Joy of Showing Up:
As educational office professionals, showing up is more than clocking in or being at our desks. We don't just manage paperwork or schedules. It’s being present in a way that shapes the entire school environment. We are the calm in the chaos and the first face of kindness. When we talk about the joy of showing up, it's not about pretending everything is easy. It's about choosing to engage, stay consistent, and to keep our hearts open - because that's where the meaning in our work truly lives.
