The Secret Ingredient to Infuse Excellence in Workplace Culture
What if the secret ingredient to transforming your workplace culture isn’t a new program, policy, or initiative… but YOU? We will explore how everyday leaders—regardless of title—can intentionally infuse excellence into their organizations. Drawing from real-life experience and relatable storytelling, participants will uncover the essential ingredients that create thriving workplace cultures: optimism, belief, trust, communication, engaged relationships, championing others, and gratitude. Through interactive discussion and reflection, attendees will learn how culture drives behavior, how trust builds momentum, and how communication fills the void where fear and negativity often grow. Excellence is not accidental. It is cultivated.

Thermometer or Thermostat? Shifting from Reaction to Leadership in Office Culture
Every workplace has them — The Tornado, The Micro-Manager, The Rule Follower, The Glitter Girl, The Debater, and maybe even The Hoarder. We’ve all worked with them… and if we’re honest, we’ve probably been one of them at some point. In this interactive and energizing session, participants will explore the difference between being a thermometer — reacting to the temperature of the room — and being a thermostat — intentionally setting the tone for workplace culture. Participants will walk away with tools they can immediately implement, including practical mindset shifts. Because culture isn’t accidental.  It’s set — one thermostat at a time.

Motions, Seconds, Amendments  - Oh MY!
Join me for a hands on Parliamentary Procedure training where you'll practice in real time, ask questions freely and finally feel comfortable using the rules instead of fearing them.

Plan It. Grow It. Own It. Creating Your Professional Development Roadmap
Your career didn't come with a roadmap – but that doesn't mean you have to wing it. In this lively, hands-on session we'll take the mystery (and the intimidation) out of creating  a PD Plan that actually works. You'll explore what you want to grow, where you want to go, and how to get there - without overwhelm or fluff.

Together We Bloom: Professional Growth is Not Accidental
Professional growth doesn’t happen by chance — it happens by design. In a world where educational office professionals are constantly managing systems, supporting leaders, and sustaining institutions, it can be easy to put our own development last. But blooming is not accidental. It requires identity, investment, intention, and ecosystem. It is intentional. And it is communal. Participants will reflect on their professional identity, assess their current growth environment, and create a personalized “Bloom Plan” focused on skill development, community engagement, leadership pathways, and advocacy. Through interactive discussion and practical tools, attendees will leave with clarity, confidence, and a concrete next step toward cultivating sustainable professional growth.

Transitions:  Moving Forward
Everyone experiences transitions in their work, family, and other aspects of life.Change is presented by our environment, our associates, and ourselves.  Adjustments and modifications impact us in a range of positive to negative ways.  No matter the type of transition, we all go through them.  In this workshop we will talk about the steps humans go through during typical transitions and ways we can be better prepared to come out the other side ready for the next life steps. We will also touch on ways to support one another.
