A message from the President……
December 8, 2025
As the year draws to a close, I find myself filled with gratitude for each of you and the work you do every day. Educational office professionals are often the quiet, steady heartbeat of our schools — welcoming families, supporting students, guiding staff, and keeping our buildings running with grace, patience, and dedication. You are the ones who make our offices warm, safe, and responsive places, and I am continually inspired by your commitment.
When I began this year with the theme “Discover the World of NAEOP,” my hope was that each member would explore something new — a new connection, a new resource, a new opportunity to grow. Throughout the year, I’ve watched you do just that. Whether you participated in professional development, reached out to a colleague, stepped into a leadership role, or simply explored what our association offers, you helped bring this theme to life in such meaningful ways.
December invites us to reflect on what we’ve discovered — about our work, our profession, and ourselves. It reminds us that every challenge we faced this year taught us something, and every success, no matter how small, moved us forward. Most of all, it reminds us how powerful we are when we support and uplift one another.
As we look ahead to a new year, I hope you continue to discover all that NAEOP has to offer: community, encouragement, professional growth, and a network of people who truly understand the work we do. I believe deeply in the strength of this association, and I am honored to serve alongside you.
During this holiday season, I wish each of you moments of rest, joy, and connection. May you find time to recharge and to enjoy the people and traditions that bring meaning to your life.
Thank you for being part of the NAEOP family — and for allowing me the privilege of serving as your president. I look forward to discovering more with you in the year ahead.
With warmest wishes,
Jackie Flood, CEOE

November 12, 2025
Dear NAEOP Members,
As November invites us to pause and reflect, I find myself filled with deep gratitude for each of you—our dedicated educational office professionals who show up every day with purpose, compassion, and resilience. You are the heart of our schools and institutions, creating connections that make learning possible.
This season reminds us that gratitude is not just a feeling—it’s a practice. When we take time to notice the good around us, we begin to see the extraordinary in the ordinary. Each smile from a student, each word of encouragement to a colleague, and each challenge turned into a learning opportunity helps us discover a greater purpose in our work and in our NAEOP community.
Through NAEOP, we continue to discover together—new ideas, new friendships, and new ways to grow personally and professionally. I am thankful for this organization that connects us across states and stories, uniting us in a shared commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
As you move through this month of gratitude, I encourage you to take a moment each day to acknowledge someone who makes a difference in your world. Gratitude has a ripple effect—it strengthens our spirits, deepens our connections, and reminds us that we are all part of something larger than ourselves.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Jackie Flood, CEOE

“Discover the World of NAEOP”
October 1, 2025
As we welcome the month of October, I am reminded that autumn is often described as a season of learning. The changing leaves remind us that growth is not always about adding more, but about embracing transformation. This ties beautifully into our NAEOP acronym
L.E.A.R.N.—Leadership, Education, Achievement, Recognition, and Networking.
· Leadership – Each of us has the ability to lead, whether in our offices, schools, or communities. Leadership is not defined by a title, but by the courage to step forward and the willingness to guide others. This month, I encourage you to look for one way you can lead by example.
· Education – October is filled with opportunities for learning. From professional development webinars to book clubs and peer discussions, education is at the heart of what we do. Let’s commit to being lifelong learners who continue to grow both personally and professionally.
· Achievement – Large or small, every achievement matters. Celebrate the milestones you reach this month. Sometimes, showing up consistently is the greatest achievement of all.
· Recognition – Don’t forget the power of encouragement. Take a moment to recognize a colleague, a student, or even yourself. Recognition builds confidence and fosters a stronger community.
· Networking – Autumn is also a season of connection. Just as the roots of trees grow stronger underground, our professional roots deepen when we connect with one another. I invite you to reach out to a fellow member this month—you never know the impact that one connection may have.
As we move through this beautiful season, let us embrace the spirit of LEARN. Together, we are discovering not only the world of NAEOP but also the world of possibilities within ourselves.
Warmly,
Jackie Flood, CEOE

September 4, 2025
September is always a season of fresh beginnings. For many of us, the start of a new school year brings renewed energy, excitement, and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of students and colleagues. Whether you’re greeting new faces in the office, adjusting to changes in your district, or simply settling into a new routine, this month reminds us of the important role we play in keeping our schools and educational communities running smoothly.
As we move forward together in this new year, I encourage you to continue to “Discover the World of NAEOP.” Our association is more than an organization—it is a community where you can find support, professional growth, and friendships that last a lifetime. Each connection we make, each skill we share, and each story we tell helps us grow both personally and professionally.
I invite you to take time this month to reflect on how you show up—whether it’s by offering a kind word to a coworker, supporting a student in need, or simply showing resilience in the face of challenges. Remember, the small actions we take each day create a ripple effect that can inspire and uplift those around us.
Thank you for all you do to support your schools, educational communities, your colleagues, and this wonderful association. I’m honored to serve as your President and excited for all we will discover together this year.
Wishing you a September filled with purpose, joy, and new discoveries.
With appreciation,
Jackie Flood, CEOE

Dear NAEOP Members,
It is with much appreciation and great excitement that I begin my journey as your 2025–2026 NAEOP President. This year, I invite each of you to Discover the World of NAEOP—a world full of opportunity, connection, professional growth, and purpose. Whether you're a new member or a long-time supporter, there is always something new to explore within this incredible organization.
This year, I hope to spark your curiosity and encourage you to step outside your routine—to try something new, take on a challenge, or connect in a way you haven’t before. Just as traveling introduces us to new places, people, and ideas, exploring all that NAEOP has to offer can lead to meaningful growth—both personally and professionally.
I encourage you to attend events, join a committee, earn your certification, or simply connect with a fellow member. Every time you show up, you take another step on your journey—and none of us are traveling alone.
Let’s make this a year of discovery—together.
With appreciation,
